| |
| 1 kg. Beef, minced |
| 1 Egg |
| 1 tablespoon prepared Mustard |
| 1 teaspoon Dave's Insanity Sauce |
| 4 tablespoons Ketchup |
| 1 Onion. finely chopped |
| 12 Green Olives, sliced |
| 1 teaspoon Salt |
| ¼ teaspoon White Pepper |
| 3 strips Streaky Bacon |
| 1 Green Pepper, cut in rings |
| 1 Tomato, sliced |

| Beat egg, add mustard, hot sauce, ketchup, onion, olives, salt and pepper. Add meat. Mix well. Line bottom of a loaf pan with bacon strips, then green pepper rings and tomato slices. |

| Pack meat mixture on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees C for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
